Second Born and I have started running again. 

We managed a creaky 20 minutes or so before school/work this morning. 

My legs are apparently not happy about this decision.


  1. Good for you. And as you know from past experience, this will get easier. Hang in there.

    I have decided that I'm too old to run. Final decision. You're just a child, though. I shall turn over in bed tomorrow morning and think of you, pounding the icy streets.

  4. Though not running, I am now creaking for an hour or so, twice a week, at the gym. Well, that's the plan. I went for the first time on Wednesday, and today, Friday, I'm glad to report that the only part of me that's achy is my stomach muscles from the crunches. All four of them. Well done you and SB for braving the elements.
